"Response to Ms. Jones It appears that you have a boiler plate response to any negative review, and you do not accept constructive criticism. It doesn’t matter what your other reviews are. It doesn’t have a bearing on my review as this is a separate event. This was how you made me feel and I am entitled to that. My suggestion is to take accountability and improve on some of your soft skills. I found Ms. Jones to be insensitive toward what I was going through. If someone is hurting and fragile at the time of contact due to mistreatment, I think it is very important to be empathetic as well as honest when it comes to the viability of a prospective case. I believe she was honest and knowledgeable, but was condescending throughout the conversation. I felt I was personally attacked by some of her questions and comments. I believe she would benefit from fine-tuning her style to be more sensitive about what someone is going through."
