"It would be lower if I wasn't dealing with two attorneys. The receptionist is a sweetheart to have to deal with me or anyone else. Always so pleasant. Trying to get callbacks and updates is worse than pulling teeth. I have to call for a couple weeks before going through the front desk for a return call. My one case I've done almost everything and have nothing to show for it. My other one she's at least doing her due diligence to win it even though it's a little slow."
