"I literally just got off the phone with two disrespectful individuals (females) who answered the phone as if my phone call to ORDER FOOD was annoying them. They were purposely acting as if they did not understand my order, giving me attitude and being ridiculously sarcastic when speaking to me. When I kindly asked for a manager the girl on the phone specifically told me, “No they speak Spanish.” Just very rude and unprofessional. Should definitely try to be more considerate and respectful to paying costumers whether they’re in your physical presence or not."

"Some of there food is really good. The customer service sucks. They won't admit or accommodate when customers complain.. I had an order with Mild buffalo wings. They sent me extra hot wings. I call them to let them know there was a mistake, and instead of accommodating the cook wanted to argue with me saying he knew what he put on my wings. This place was very good before the new owner took over..."
