I needed to adjust the torque on my wheel nuts, and they not only willingly helped me with that but also did it for free. Unlike other tire stores that either hesitated or charged exorbitant fees, this place provided exceptional customer service. I'll definitely be returning for my next tire change."
"Kept changing the estimated time, 4 tires were installed and the tire pressures weren’t checked after install, they misplaced the wheel lock and didn’t return it to the glove compartment - had to go back to pick it up next day delaying road trip travel 2 hours, they lost 2 lug caps and lastly car tire pressure lights keep turning on. Will have to take to dealer to make sensors weren’t damaged in the install process. Overall would not recommend this Pep Boys center (this is the 2nd incident). I have 2 stars because Angel was nice and attentive when we booked the appointment the night prior."
