The Fix responded quickly and talked me through other factors that contributed to the battery in order to put my mind at ease. They still offered to take a look at it. They took the time to test drive it and inspect it, and gave it a clean bill of health. When I offered to pay for their time, they declined and said, “That’s what we’re here for!” Now they have a customer for life. Whenever my car does need maintenance or a repair, I’ll know I can trust and count on them."

"Would highly recommend to anyone in the Philadelphia area. Went in for an oil change and the whole process was quick, easy, and efficient. Booked my appointment online same day and whole process took about an hour. Price was a little bit more than chains like Pep Boys and Meinke, but I’ve had horrible experiences with the big chains and don’t mind paying a little extra for quality work and ease of booking. "Glad I found a reliable garage so close to where I live. These guys are so reliable and honest. They will tell you if you absolutely need to get something fixed or if you can go a little bit longer. I have had a rattling at the back near my muffler. When I asked them to check it out, they told me that eventually I would need a new muffler. I brought my car back for something else a month or two later and I told them they could do the muffler then. When they checked my car they asked why I wanted to replace the muffler already and told me it’s fine… I can keep the muffler until the sound is loud and unbearable. I was really impressed that they were so honest with me about this and didn’t try to take advantage of me. Getting your car in with them is also pretty easy. I usually call the day before and ask if I can drop my car off the next day and the answer is usually yes. I highly recommend taking your car to this garage!"

However, they were able to save and clean the terminal and they didn’t even charge me. I was able to pick up my car the very next day. Would definitely recommend!"
