"I came here for the smartstart service and I’m unhappy with how my case was handled. I think the owner of the shop is a nice man but save your time and money and go to LifeSafer instead. My device kept malfunctioning which cost me additional money and my restricted DL to extend for an additional 3 months. I reported the issues on multiple occasions to the owner and smartstart and no one seemed to care. They just kept telling me that it was my car and I spent even more money just to find out my car was fine. Switched to LifeSafer and I’ve been with them for 5 months now with no issues whatsoever. Save your time and money. Hope this helps someone not have to have the headache I did!"

"I came in to inquire about getting some work done on my 4Runner and the gentleman behind the counter didn’t seem interested at all. I told him I wanted to add Bilstein shocks and 285/70/17 Falken Wildpeak tires. And he acted like I asked to have a rocket ship designed. He looked on the computer and said there wasn’t anything available for a 22 4Runner…I researched it before I came in, they make Bulstein shocks for the 22 4Runner…the 4Runner design hasn’t changed in a decade. I’m sure if I had a Jeep or Ford with a Maryland flag crab sticker, he would’ve helped me."
