"I absolutely love qwik pack and ship. I had been going for years. But this last visit really blew my mind. I shipped a package later to see it was the wrong address. I called just before closing, to explain what happened. The young man was quick to respond and track my package to get returned. He was able to do just that, but for the next day. The next day, sherry called informing that they had in fact received it and was ready for the right address. After completing, she sent me the label via personal. They went above and beyond as far as I'm concerned. . Qwik, efficient and friendly. I will continue to deal with them. Great people."

"What a lovely company to do business with! I had to have a valuable piece of therapeutic riding equipment shipped from NJ to FL, and since I am in FL, it was a little more challenging to coordinate. Devon and her husband were incredibly helpful, went to the site where the equipment was, provided an estimate. We did everything virtually, and our therapy horse arrive yesterday, perfectly. Her husband even sent us a video of how everything looked wrapped and helped us after it arrived with the final setup. I can’t show my appreciation enough. This was a valuable, treasured, handmade item and they took great care and treated it with such respect."

"Two ladies provided absolutely fantastic service!!! Came in out of state to buy a car and was next door at DMV. Needed some insurance cards printed, not only did they make that a breeze but they also were kind enough to let me have a couple of zip ties for the temp plate. 6 stars if I could !"

"The folks working there were exceedingly helpful and nice with bright cheery smiles. I went yesterday 8 minutes before closing time and they still welcomed me warmly. They could not scan QR codes so helped me change my return on the web by making it a paper scan! Also helped getting the heavy item out if my truck! I will always come here for my packaging needs! Great customer service!"
