"I have had more than my fair share of car troubles over the last 7 or so years, and this is my go-to place. I have never had a problem scheduling an appointment and the work is done right. It’s a small operation so you get to know Ken and his primary mechanic pretty well. There have been times I stopped in without an appointment with a quick mechanical question and they have always made time despite their busy schedule. Prices are reasonable and always close to the original estimate. More importantly, the staff has some people skills— the mechanic is likeable and willing to explain the work he completed unlike many I have dealt with over the years who lack tact or etiquette."
