Turned out not to be the transmission, and they performed the needed service in a timely manner. "William Chechel(the son), whom I believe is the manager is very nasty and he needs to take customer service classes. If you’re looking for a place where you can be treated with dignity and respect, this isn’t the place. The man lacks self control and doesn’t know how to speak to customers. He basically followed me out of the shop yelling and screaming while a customer was sitting in the waiting area. He’s absolutely terrible. I literally have 1 star because I couldn’t submit without a star."
