"Ill start with the negative, you have to wear socks and no shoes while you are on a cold floor. Even if you are not in the kids' area where there is carpet the floor isn't clean because people eat, and throw parties, and can be slippery if they wear the wrong socks. Going to the bathroom is not clean at all, YUCK with socks in disgusting. Haim Elbaz -owner the requirements should be more comfortable to waiting parents, seniors, people throwing a party. Haim ElbazBut (owner)the kicker is the staff has on CROKS all of them so I guess it's okay to wear Crocs and slippers. Why can't we wear shoes on the cold floor while eating? It makes no sense...For kids to go wild and tire themselves out. Yes, excellent place. Right across from the mall. Places to eat close by afterward. The price is reasonable. Bring an extra pair of socks or buy them. If you bring your own, bring a throwaway pair. Even adults were enjoying the fun too. Plenty of places to sit you can buy drinks and ice cream or bring your food. Just be prepared to sit for a few hours, bring your phone, book, and company. Also, there is no one watching the front making sure kids don't exit. It gets so crowded and people are standing around the play area watching their kids, you can't see your kid. And it's chilly in there."

"Told Manager and staff MULTIPLE TIMES about the toddler section (Ball pit) the flap cover to enter and exit is a safety hazard . It’s all messed up and literally can scratch your child's face or poke your kids eye. This is my 4th time coming here and still has NOT been fixed or replace."

"What a fun place! Much bigger than I expected it to be with lots of engaging activities to do. Only complaint is I wish it was cleaner, came first thing at opening and the floors appear to have not been swept or tables cleaned off. Also, wish they offered some kind of membership option but it’s $22 plus tax per child and no military/first responders discount."

"My son just celebrated his 5th birthday. He loved it at Kids Empire. We had a really great host who I found out was in the Huggie costume. He was phenomenal. We were 100% satisfied."

"My son just celebrated his second birthday here and it was more than we could have asked for! The manager Tara was so nice and helpful and really made sure my sons day was special. She went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend this location for a birthday party as well as just a visit! We have come many times just for the day and it is always clean and staff is very friendly! Everyone had a blast!"
