"Cashier talking loudly on her phone....friend gossip. Stacks of Christmas merchandise in boxes blocking the aisle (seriously, it's the 13th and it really should be unpacked and put up so we can buy it at some point) , cluttered and disorganized. Walked the entire store, bought nothing."
