"Had an excellent experience at Hertrich ford today. Service adv / Jeff Morris left no stone unturned . I went in for an oil change, but he had his technicians check out several other items. One which included the air vent- mice were storing pellets in the vent pockets! Could have been disastrous. Thx for your knowledgeable suggestions/ advice Jeff."

Larry & the service dept quickly figured out the issue - a loose ground wire on a computer - got it repaired at minimal cost, and I was down the road. Larry was both professional and courteous, which I appreciated. Good job !"

"I had just purchased a Ford Blue Certified used vehicle from another Ford dealership. Three days after purchase, the vehicle had a transmission issue. Hertrich Ford of Easton was the closest Ford dealership to where I live. Jeff Hatch took my information and proceeded to process my warranty claim. When the dealership that I purchased the car from was less than helpful, Jeff went out of his way to make sure that the warranty claim got processed. The service technicians were able to quickly determine the problem. Unfortunately, the part was on backorder. Jeff submitted an emergency request and got the part. I got my car the next day and it runs great. I highly recommend Hertrich Ford and Jeff Hatch for all your Ford service needs!"
