"John and his Lead Technician Brian were both excellent to work with and very professional. John was able to schedule performing the work in my apartment garage, even around especially low winter temps. I appreciated his promptness and candor throughout, certainly both were head and shoulders above big-dollar local companies I originally approached to have the work done. I am a big car person and very choosy about the work done on my car but Brian was able to perfectly (and I mean perfectly) remove a deep parking lot door ding from the door of my 2022 Audi eTron S. At first I was dreading having the work done as the dent was right along a crease in the aluminum body panels but John was confident in their ability to complete the work - even more important than this to me is that he was realistic about what they could do and how they could do it best. This was hugely confidence inspiring. I knew that even though the car was nearly brand new and the dent was in a complex spot, my car was in very competent hands with him and the team. Cannot recommend him enough for this sort of work, hard to find someone who will do superb quality work on late model cars, let alone with professionalism and pricing that *far* surpasses many of the other shops in the area."
