"I was disappointed at their communication and service. I brought my car to them due to an issue which I did not want to drive on. Three days in a row they said they would call me for an update and each day I had to call 1-2 times to get anything. Twice I was told they would be me an estimate but was never called and they did not even attempt to complete. I understand they were very busy but it would have been better if they just told me they were not going to be able to get my in for a couple of days. Ended up taking my car some where else after no assistance for 3 days. They were nice and did not charge me but was overall disappointed on the assistance provided."
