"If I could give swedeworks a 10 I absolutely would. I bought a v70 t5 as a good daily beater, maybe fix some things up when I had time (between buying a house and building another car I just needed something to beat on for work, I knew the car needed a good amount of things done to it). Gretchen has been absolutely phenomenal with the communication, their work is far better than any dealership, and their prices are absolutely competitive. Recently, they went above and beyond when we encountered a problem in the city with one of our cars. They helped arrange a tow from a narrow city street where our car wouldn't start, and figured out the problem quickly to get us back driving."
"We've had excellent experience with Swedeworks over several years. They do fantastic work at a fair price and are Volvo certified, so we've always felt they know exactly what they are doing. They accommodate our schedule, are painfully honest and have service loaners available when we need them. Their communication is excellent. Gretchen always keeps us informed when they have our Volvo and if they find additional things that need attention we are never pressured. We used to have an older Audi that had a lot of gremlins :) and they were able diagnose and repair every one of them.
