"We needed a package to be delivered in Fredericksburg, VA on Monday. We were at this location on Friday at noon. We asked if it would be there on Monday and the response was "Yes, our dates are guaranteed. We aren't USPS." well it's Sunday morning and the package was never picked up on Friday as we were told it would be. Customer service told me that there is no guarantee for Monday delivery and that since it hasn't even been picked up yet it could be a Tuesday delivery. Update: package was NOT delivered Monday as "guaranteed". It was delivered Tuesday afternoon when it was no longer needed. If you're going to use UPS, use the store on York Road in Buckingham. They're always great there and packages are always delivered quickly. Probably because they send packages out when they say they're going to."
