"This is the 3rd time Poppa John at this location has done our order wrong. The first time we ordered delivery the driver messed up our door camera to where the video couldn’t catch his face and took off with one of our pizzas. The second time it was during the day time with no toppings on our pizza. The 3rd time is tonight when we ordered a large pizza and they gave us a medium in a large box."
"I don't leave negative reviews unless they are earned. This is the second time I've had issues with this Papa Johns in Ft. Washington, MD. They change prices advertised on the website to a higher price when you pick up the pizza. I complained to the manager with no results. He said he would call me back, no response. My time is worth more than the back and forth with this establishment. Avoid the stress, stay away from this place"
"Really dissatisfied I Purchased steak and cheese pizza and I received only onion and green peppers no steak at all call back and explained what happened and I was promised for a free pizza for next order. Called couple days later and someone rudely pick up the phone and started yelling about call back in 45 mins til manager gets back to get my pizza. Called back an hour later and I was told that they don’t see nothing in the system for a credit for a free pizza. Never ordering from this place I rather eat frozen pizza than ordering from this place."
"Food was good! I ordered pizza a couple of years ago and the pizza was not sliced but decided to go last week to give it another try and everything was good. I'll be getting pizza again soon!"
