"I have rented from i360 for the past 2.5 years. My initial experiences with them were not great, unfriendly staff, odd combination of interactions with both landlord and individual owner of the house. BUT They have recently replaced some staff members or simply increased their staff, and their new guys are so easy to work with! They've improved their communication platform (I can submit maintenance requests online, and I hear back within 24 hours). Their website is easy to work with to pay my bill and view my documents. Brandon is a new staff member who handled a maintenance issue for us recently, and he went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of as quickly as he could manage. The issue was a major plumbing fix, so it did take a few days; but, he made sure we were taken care of in the mean time."

"I rented 2 different apartments over a few years from them. Overall they are extremely difficult to work with and I had so many stressful issues and highlight a few below. I always paid my rent on time, kept things clean and made sure that I left them in better condition than what I moved into. I had repair issues that took close to 9 months to be done because "they had it marked as completed". The same place had ivy growing over the window screens and started coming underneath the window sill which brought so many bugs in. I notified them of the issue way before it got that bad, but they took their time to address it. From the 1st apartment they tried to withhold my entire deposit, in my opinion they were trying to make improvements to the apartment and make me pay for it, after pushing back with some messages I did end up getting the majority of it back. In the 2nd apartment I was told when shown that I would have access to a shared laundry, the only reason I wanted to move, come to pick up my keys and turns out I don't have access to it. After gaslighting me for an entire month they finally admitted that the owners decided after I had signed my lease to not give me access to it. There was nothing in the lease that stated anything about shared laundry, I assumed it was basically like parking and doesn't need to be spelled out in a lease. While legally they were in the right, ethically they weren't. The only positive is most of the people that work there are nice and helpful, besides Ken, he is extremely rude and belittling and does not belong in any type of customer facing position. Apartments can be tough to find, but if you're able to I would find anywhere else to rent from besides i360 and save yourself the headache."
"My first interaction with Beverly was when I submitted to paint my front door. My front door is a light blue, different from everyone else’s door. I provided samples for a dark blue to match my neighbor’s. I was told my front door needed to remain red like my shutters. My door was not red already and I do not have shutters. I was still denied and told my front door needed to match the others. Second, I received a violation email starting I was violating by having my trash cans in front of the house for too long. The row of homes I live in our trash cans get placed in the back of the homes and my cans were never in front to violate anything. They should probably make sure about things before they make themselves look worse. They are so worried about minor things and stating that it influences the appearance of the neighborhood. The landscaping as soon as you enter the neighborhood looks like garbage and if you drive around back it looks even worse. Third, there is roughly a three foot pole sticking up by the alley road which one of our family members injured themselves on. It was a pretty significant injury and we contacted Beverly. She provided a number for a male in the office and said he could further assist us. We called several times and left voicemails. What do you know, we NEVER received a call back. Now, I received a ticket for parking in my own driveway. I was told that the back part of MY driveway is considered sidewalk. So if you have two cars you can only park one in the driveway. Good luck parking anywhere else because parking is just not available. I contacted Beverly, once again ZERO help. She rambled on about how it was a borough issue. I understand legalities. I asked if there were other options like parking in the back of my home. She stated it was a tow zone and I could not and I also could not park in my grass. I asked about the townhomes down a little further having parking spots in the back and she stated the home owner did that themselves at their expense… I have attached pictures to show that it is an actual parking lot put in, not a single driveway that a homeowner did. I have no idea what I am paying an HOA for. I would go as far to say i360 is a joke ran by incompetent people only looking to take your money. Once they have it, they do not want to be bothered and are of zero help."
