"I recently visited Harbor for an issue related to the emissions system of my Mercedes GL 350. They diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate if they were to do the repair but encouraged me first to take the vehicle to the dealer since the repair may be covered due to an existing class action lawsuit/settlement. I did just that and saved a lot of money as the dealer did cover the expense. This example shows this is an honest business and this stood out to me. Thanks Harbor Auto Center for your honesty and I plan to rely on them for any future repairs or maintenance."

He was confident and made me feel at ease that he knew what he was doing. Front desk customer service Megan kept me informed and was patient, even though I called a few extra times getting anxious. They were efficient, very polite, and gave me an honest and detailed estimate. My car had major work to be done to the wiring harness and considering what the dealer wanted to charge, their estimate was fair. I would definitely recommend them.
