"I have brought multiple vehicles to your stores over the years , primarily Bowie where I always was treated like family by Tom and James. Once that store closed I made sure to try to keep up with musical chairs of employees at your other locations but never really getting the same service I once felt from those two gentlemen who I prayed were not displaced when the store closed. The counter person of this store could not talk down more to me if he tried, such a shame because I never received that treatment before, guess you’ll just hire anyone now a days. Time to go elsewhere."
"I've had balance issues with 35's on my Jeep Wrangler. Wilson Tire and Service did a force variation balance that did the trick, a lot less weights, and no more wheel vibration. This is the 3rd place I've had them balance. I'll be back for sure."
"I had my car serviced here and overall I had a good experience. The pricing was reasonable considering the work that I needed done. Gave four stars because they called a couple of times to add on things that I needed. I would have preferred for them to take a complete look at the car and then share everything needed to repair/service all at once. I will definitely come back for tires and oil changes."
