"Terrible experience. Took my box truck here for a check engine light and told them I needed it back asap, as it is my businesses only truck and was told they'd get it in as soon as possible. Called them every day and each time I called I was told that my truck would go in "first thing tomorrow morning." After nearly a week of this I finally asked when they actually intended to get my truck looked at, as it had been there almost a week, only to be told "We've had trucks that have been here WAY longer than a week." How is that supposed to be helpful? Told them not to do anything further and I'd be there within the hour to pick up my truck. When I arrived with my driver to get the truck there were 6-8 employees standing around, not doing anything, yet it took them over 30 minutes to pull my truck to the front so we could leave. Took the truck to a nearby shop and they had it in and out in less than 24 hours. They had an opportunity to earn a new customer, instead all they got is an upset business owner and a bad review."
"We used Columbia fleet towing on 11/22/2023 to move my snap on tool boxes the driver then dropped my tool box from the flat bed it was on, Patrick is now refusing to take full responsibility and even pointing blame to me. I now have to hire a lawyer in hopes to resolve this. It is 12/21/23 and this situation still hasn’t been resolved . Merry Christmas to me thanks Columbia fleet."
"This Co hauled my container to my new property. I specifically want to comment on how professional the driver, Matt #15, was. He was communicative the morning of delivery and stayed in contact as he got close. My property was just cleared wide enough for the container, about 150' long, and Matt backed in no problem, was a pro, and even lent a hand with the placement blocks. Will Def recommend."
"Let's begin with outstanding service! My driver, Matt of tow truck 50, came to my rescue very early in the morning. He was given instructions on the repair on trailer left at one of my customer and he did a superb job. He had excellent communication plus sent pictures on the finished repair.
