"I normally don’t write reviews but I felt the need to do so for this location. I received several text from this company to come and check the car out. Before I arrived I checked the carfax. Which showed an accident on the report. When I explained it to the associate he swore up and down there was no accident on the report. When he searched and found the accident on the carfax he said it was minor. The most bizarre thing I was told was the only way to test drive the vehicle would be to either pull my credit first or bring a certified check. Once I was told that I gave both employee's firm handshakes and walked away."

"Horrible experience. I had inquired about a vehicle at this dealership online, and Ana from their call center had messaged me the next day to schedule an appointment for me to see the vehicle. I could not make it on that same day, so I rescheduled. Today I had some free time and was able to make it to their dealership just to get my time and money wasted. As I walked in, we were approached with nothing but “we are closing.” I explained that I had an appointment with Ana, and they stated she was out of country. Why would you waste a customer's time by driving for almost an hour just to get his time wasted? The dealership employee stated that it was their call center, and they weren’t aware that they would close early today. It’s clear as day that they have horrible communication. Don’t do business with a dealership; that will just waste your time. Also, Customer service at this dealership is horrible as you can tell from all of the rest of the reviews"

"I am very pleased with the vehicle I purchased. I rated the dealership a 4 instead of a 5 because the original representative helping me was not available during our scheduled appointment time. However, Cinthia immediately stepped in and took over the process. She was very helpful, and was patient with me through the process. Upon arrival to retrieve the vehicle, they had the car cleaned on the outside and inside. I did not have to wait long to finalize the paper work. The vehicle is perfect for my family and I am grateful and happy with the overall purchase and process. It was a pleasure meeting all the salesmen and having an opportunity to talk and ask questions. My car sale man Rafi was truly amazing very knowledgeable about the cars, he was patient took his time to find the best car for me. He and his manager Sam work very hard to stay in my price range.
