"Horrible service. I wish i could give no stars. Very rude service, always leaving one person at the front. I waited for 30 mins to be helped, for the manager to get smart and suggest a mechanic for a battery THEY installed wrong. I have warranty for what? Do not go there. Go to the one in greenway. They need to fire the whole lazy team and hire new people"

I've had bad experiences with auto parts stores before but i'll definitely be returning to this location."

"I bought some rotors, brakes and brake grease online to do my wife rear brakes and the customer service I received was top notch. I made an error on my online pick-up order and had to make multiple adjustments. Not only was the female that helped me polite but she went out her way to ensure my order was fixed. The brake have been done (DIY) and I feel like I made the correct decision buying my parts from this location."

"The front counter staff members are incredibly friendly. I am guessing this young lady is a manager (different shirt) was also very helpful. She was helping the rest out with various tasks, and explaining things to them more like a teacher than a "boss". Very cool. As far as my visit, I was picking up some commercial items. They had everything on hand. Awesome!"
