"I like the ease of getting same or next day appointment. Had my 15 year old SUV towed to Johnsons Auto Service as it had a dead battery and a few other issues that needed to be resolved. Johnsons provided an estimate, which was reasonable, and quickly serviced my SUV. I was able to pick it up the day after it was towed there. Unfortunately, there was still an issue with the vehicle when I picked it up as the red battery indicator light was coming on intermittently as I was driving home. (That's the reason I took off 1 star). I initially thought the indicator light would potentially reset itself, but the next day, the indicator light was back on. So I brought my SUV back to Johnsons. They were apologetic, did another diagnostic (at no charge), found the problem, gave me the estimate for the additional part, and quickly fixed the issue. Now all is well and my SUV is running fine. Although it took 2 visits to fix my SUV, I was happy with the speed of service (both times), reasonable price, and their location is great because they are only 5 minutes from my home. I will be bringing my SUV there again for service in the future."

"I had a great experience at this auto shop. They were honest and seem to care about their customers. They gave me exactly what I needed and did not lie. I will continue to come hear and I suggest this place for anyone who wants honesty in a automotive repair shop. Scottie was very nice and professional. They also give you a cute gift bag. I left 100% satisfied."

"Great service, work is done in a timely fashion. The team of workers is very helpful and explains what they did and what may be needed in the future in layman's terms. I have been a patron since they opened (through 3 cars) and will continue to utilize their service in the future."

"Johnson’s is in my neighborhood, and when I needed a new mechanic I did a bunch of online reading. I decided to try them for a number of reasons: I grew up working in a family business and appreciate the small business vibe, their reviews were solid, and the reviews mentioned some of the work I needed to have done. My car’s alignment issue was complicated (dodged a car driving erratically right at me and hit a curb hard causing some damage). I also needed front control arms. After an initial estimate and repair, additional damage was found before he had the car off the rack. As a number of things were knocked out of whack, I am not surprised. Due to financial restrictions, I need to return in the near future to finish the rest of the repairs. The work that was done is good, the price was fair, and the car was ready when promised. I really appreciate that they use text messaging as it’s very convenient for me."

"When I tell you there are still good auto mechanics around Johnson Auto is the one. Great customer service and quick and efficient! I had a flat tire and they help without charging me and when my husband’s exhaust came off they put it back on with no fee! They make you feel like family. I’m a woman and you know how most mechanics are when that see a woman approaching…..??? Well not with Johnson Auto!"
