"Today is was concierge service and exceptional communication looks and feels like. Our technician was personable, professional, managed our expectations and was a teacher at heart. I ended up stuck in the basement doing work and my wife was at our technicians side learning and looking. My wife was glowing recanting the service provided and had some DYI projects after our service to work on herself. Service was prompt. I am back on the road and very content.
