"Mason and his team are wonderful. I literally always come in like a damsel in distress about my car. I started off coming to Midas in Thorndale last year. My last car was on its last leg. I am bringing my current car in to be serviced as well. They are very observant and knowledgeable. I can trust the information that they give me about my car. I’m not one to stay on top of upkeep with the car, but I drive it to work every day. Wonder back into Midas every few months. We laugh about it. They keep my car on the road."
"Amazing car service and customer service experience. I had lost faith from a previous experience in 2019, but the new store manager that took over after completely turned the place around entirely. The young lady at the service desk was wonderful and they took my car on 30 min notice and had it turned over and back to me crazy fast. "I used to drive 30 minutes to my old mechanic, but after trying Midas in Thorndale I'm not sure when or if I'll make that drive again. I had a very specific need for tire dismounting & mounting; Luke and Anthony were very quick and willing to accommodate my needs at a very reasonable price. On top of that, I've since brought both of our vehicles there for inspection. They performed all of the work in a quick and timely manner, and I never felt like they were trying to sell me additional products or services.
