Having poor experiences at national chain garages and the convenient location of John’s 625 is what drew me there initially, but the value, expertise, and service is what kept me going back since. Their prices are competitive and transparent. I have never been surprise billed for anything and when I price check with other shops in the area they are usually very close or better in price. They offer loaner cars. They are great at communicating progress of the work. They have a texting system that they use to communicate in addition to calling for detailed vehicle report website links, which is surprising for shop this size. "Hands down, the most honest owner anyone could ask for. Well I went to Mavis in Reading to have my 2014 Nissan Altima inspected. I was told my car would not pass inspection because I needed to replace front control arms $1695.00. WHAT??? I explained this to Tony at John’s 625, there was no need to replace the control arms… I was charged the typical inspection rates. QUITE A FINANCIAL DIFFERENCE, DONTCHA THINK!!
