"I was recommended to the shop by Mike from JiffyLube to check out an oil leak. I'm so glad I listened to him. I had a fantastic experience at the shop. Dre was so accommodating from the very first call. I was able to get an appointment the next day. I appreciated the follow up text/calls the day of the appointment. Pedro worked on my car and he did an excellent job. He kept me up-to-date the entire process and resolved the issue before I knew it. He also walked me through everything he recommended for the next visit by physically showing me! I'm a woman that doesn't know much about cars and am usually at the mercy of whatever I'm told. With that being said I've never had such a transparent experience let alone this level of superior customer service at any other auto shop. I'll definitely be back and would recommend this shop to anyone looking to have some work done."
