"I’d highly consider other locations. They have canceled on me twice now, both with under 4 hours notice so I can’t find another shop with availability. This second time he wouldn’t have even said anything if I didn’t check in first. I would not consider this business reliable based on my experience. I see their response below. And the text that I received after the first cancel was you had a few towing job, nothing about cars stuck on lifts. So there must be a lie somewhere. I’ll also note he offered me a free oil change to remove this review. I’m not looking for free stuff, I want the next person to understand what might happen to them. Clearly it’s just an oil change and not important to you, so I’ll gladly find a location who wants the work :)"
