"I see that others have had a great experience with this company. Maybe I am just dealing with an employee that most do not have to deal with. I stopped and had someone look at my car damage for an estimate for my insurance company. This place was actually referred to me by them as their recommended repair shop. I was told that I would receive an estimate the next day. That day came and passed. Called a couple of days later only to have no one answer the phone. So I called back the next week and was told that I would have it the next day. Still waiting three days later. Am I supposed to assume that this shop will be more reliable with my car repair? I won't chance it."
