"Small local park. A decent place to take younger kids. Plenty of parking for its size, and some picnic tables if you want to hang out for awhile. Nothing special, but in a good location amidst some good sized housing developments."
"We like Cutter Mill because it is never busy. There is a nice playground and tot lot with a couple swings. There is also a half basketball court and a baseball field. CMP also has a few picnic tables. There is no bathroom."
"The baseball field is a little unkempt, but the grass is trash-free and fully grown in as well as not too long. The volleyball court is also set to the correct height and has lines already down! No more bringing your own lines (although the court is bigger than regulation). Lastly, the half basketball court hoop is taller than regulation by about 4-6 inches. Otherwise, park is in great shape."
