"We ordered food here tonight. When we got our food, one of the items were wrong, we got a totally different item. No problem, mistakes happen. We called in and they said they'd bring it right out. Took them an hour to get back to us, and I had to call twice. Also they took the wrong item back which was weird, I hope they didn't give it to someone because we are sick and that's why we ordered out. On top of that the food wasn't that great."
"The pizza here is absolutely amazing. The service, however, was terrible. Called in an order and got interrupted every 5 words, if that. How are you supposed to get my order if you won’t let me say it to you? Can you read my mind? Get out of my head and let me speak to you, thanks :) If you need me to repeat myself or need to ask a question please just wait for me to finish saying “I want 2 pizzas with this and this on it” Also, if I say I want extra garlic, that doesn’t mean I don’t know it’s already complimentary. I said extra because I wanted extra lol TLDR: Go here for the pizza, not a good ordering experience."
"Brought the wrong food, tried to make me pay an additional delivery fee following their mistake. I think they are under new management. Do better Perry's. If you are unsure of the order, repeat it back to the client."
"Ordered a cheesteak sub with fries and a chicken noodle soup bowl. The food all tasted extremely bitter no flavor no taste just bland. The soup and fries had zero salt, it tasted like someone put noodles in some tap water and just served it. Fries were overcooked, dry, no salt. The sub roll was soggie and meat tasted wet and plain. Overall spent $23 would not recommend."
"I have been a customer of perrys for a few years. Only one time, I was dissatisfied with my food. I mean, 1 time out of probably 60 orders. So I would highly recommend the sampler along with any kind of fries, the meatball or cheeseburger sub. I could keep going. The only reason I didn't give 5 starts for the atmosphere is because it is very hot in their building. So if you get delivery, you're good to go!"
