"My husband and I had a very frustrating experience with Elaine. My husband took our information to Elaine to get our registration completed. She accidentally wrote the sales tax check for the wrong amount and filed it incorrectly after charging 2.75% for using a credit card plus her fee of $45. We didn’t find out she made the mistake until about a month later. We are living in New York City and Pennsylvania jointly while working remotely and my husband had to get off work early the first time to get the registration completed. He took work off early again to go have Elaine fix her mistake. When he addressed her mistake she gave him $4 off and said “you are lucky I fixed the mistake because other people would not have” and also said “it’s not that far from your house” when it took my husband over an hour and a half to get her mistake fixed. I was shocked when he came home and told me she hadn’t given him a full refund of the fee she charged for making this mistake and delaying our registration for over a month now. Also, I wouldn’t recommend a business that operates under the assumption that you are lucky when they fix their mistakes they make with thousands of dollars of taxes for the state that I am liable for. Please treat customers better and respect their time."

She has this caring nature about her that makes you feel welcome and well cared for. She answers any questions you may have and explains everything during the process in easy to understand terms.
