"I have taken all of my vehicles to 7 auto. They never over charge. They are extremely thorough with diagnosis of symptoms of vehicles. They provide recommendations but never make you feel obligated to pay. They try to help you with the prices as best as they can. I have gotten quotes from other shops and 7auto beats them every time. The wait is never too long. I had an older vehicle inspected there and the inspector took his time and point out all things that were wrong. They are honest people and put their customers first. This my to go ship for all vehicle needs. Vehicles I have serviced there are 2016 Subaru wrx 2017 Acura TLX, 2007 Toyota Corolla and 2005 Toyota Camry. I felt like I was always in good hands. "Absolutely untrustworthy! Avoid them like the plague or you'll be sorry!!! I usually service my car in Columbia and while adding new tires I asked for them to check the car for noise coming from the back. I was told the wheel bearings needed to be changed. I was given a quote and called these guys and emailed them the quote later to see if they could do the job as they were closer to where I stay. Took my car there and the very first thing they tried to do was lie that my car engine had problems. The car is a Subaru Legacy and had NEVER EVER had one problem except normal things like brake changes or new tires but again NEVER an engine problem. They said they car died on them when they went for a test drive. I should have just left at that point as that should have served as a red flag. A car that had never had a single engine problem ever could suddenly die on them while driving beats me. Imean I also drove the car there with not one issue. Then they claim they have to do a test for "HIDDEN CODES". A blatant lie as there's no such thing according to another shop I took my car to after. I spent all day while they said they were working on the car and then they charged me an extra $300 on top off the already agreed amount for some frivolous claims. When I start to go home within 2 minutes all the lights on the car dash suddenly come on. this has never happened before EVER! The car engine sounds horrendous and the car won't go past 30 miles, can't climb up an elevated road. I was absolutely shocked. They started the day with lies about the car engine and then tampered with the car to try to take more money from me. Absolute lowlife people."

The boss even came in and reestimated the cost at a higher price, indicating a lack of consistency. 5. Lack of Professionalism and Focus on Profit: Overall, I felt that the inspection service demonstrated a lack of professionalism and had a primary focus on making money rather than providing quality service and prioritizing customer satisfaction.
