"I ordered online and waited until it was completed then drove 20 minutes to the store and the order hadn’t even been made. They told me to give them 10 minutes to make it and they would bring it out to my car. I waited for 30 minutes and now o e came out. So I went into the store and the order was just sitting in the shelf. They told me I should have driven back around to the window to get it. Then when I got home and opened the box it was not what I had ordered. They gave me cinnamon twists instead of garlic twists even though they gave me marinara sauce to go with them. I guess that was my fault as well for not checking to make sure they got the order correct. I would definitely not recommend this location!"
"Ordered two pizzas for delivery. 90 minutes later the website said they were delivered, but hadn't been. We called and they told us it was a "glitch with the website." It eventually showed up about 20 minutes after that. It was barely warm, very bad, and made my stomach hurt despite only eating a little of it. Never again."
"This place used to be very good but it seems like their management changed as they frequently close hours early; quality control is iffy; and they lied to me about the free emergency pizza being a scam (?) it was placed through the official dominos website…its very possible they were told to discontinue the promotion due to overwhelming demand but just say that? why lie and say its a scam. That is incredibly disrespectful and shady. I also think the manager lied about his name as I heard an employee address him as a different name than he told me. Don’t go to this dominos, find a different one."
"Order arrived over an hour after ordering. We ordered two pizzas—a thin crust and hand tossed. We received two hand tossed—one was clearly someone else’s. We are only 6 minutes from the store. Boxes were soaked in grease, were unlabeled, and cold. We won’t be ordering from this store again. All around awful experience."
"I would leave negative stars if I could. We were actually given a pizza with a slice missing and bite marks out of another slice. The manager made the excuse that our pizza was sitting for a while so someone must have eaten some of it. WTH? And it is virtually impossible to get customer service on the phone. This is disgraceful. And it was for my son's birthday party."
