"I’ve Lived at Cliffview Gardens for Almost 5 Year and the Last Year & a Half Was Horrible Since Latoya Has Become Property Manager . Latoya Doesn’t Like My Mother Me Or My Sister. My Mother Would Tell Her Things Going On , On the Property and She Would Still Do Nothing. Latoya Said That She Didn’t Have My Duquesne Light Account Number But I Have A Voicemail Of Her Saying She Does I Could Go On and On and Another Thing I’ve Emailed The Owner John Katz Of Brandywine On Two Different Occasions & I Still Have Yet To Receive a Response From Him ! There’s Also Other Residents With Mold Issues and Constant Flooding Issues"

"Been having a problem with my furnace since I moved in two years ago. Still not fixed & I have to wait until tomorrow because today is Sunday and they can't call anyone. Oh all space heater are being used we don't have any to let you use. So they are going to try to get me scheduled for the morning. Just freeze tonight. If you don't have to move here I wouldn't."

"I’ll start off by saying the on-site maintenance guys are good people. They work hard. The shortfalls here are due to a lack of investment by the management company. Now we’ll move into the positives, since they are far fewer than the negatives. The apartments are large and quiet, the location is in a nice community. Now we’ll talk about the negatives. We’ve been here for a year and the water has been shut completely off in our building because the sewage keeps backing up in the basement. So 3 times now for 5 or more hours, we’ve had no water. They call a plumber, they clean it, it backs up again. Repeat cycle. No long term solutions. The buildings are old and haven’t been updated in a very long time. They started updating the interiors, but the roof and balconies are falling apart. The driveway has potholes large enough to swallow a tire, the playground is trash, the basketball court has 18” weeds growing it and hasn’t been updated in 3 years or more. The bathroom ceiling leaked 4 times in a year. Again, maintenance responds and repairs it immediately, but it’s not their fault. These buildings are so beat up, all of the plumbing needs redone and bathrooms rehabbed. It was good for a temporary move, but overall it’s a dump. And no, this isn’t some salty resident who hasn’t paid rent, my rents never late. Beware, the positive reviews were bribed with a $25 visa gift card to leave 5 start reviews, so renters beware!"

"I have been a resident of White Oak Farms for almost a year. I absolutely love it there. The woods-like setting and beautifully maintained grounds are what caught my attention. I have to say, watching the seasons change here have been amazing. It truly is peaceful. Dru, the complex manager, has been wonderful to work with since day one. I am thankful for her, the maintenance personnel, as well as the grounds crew for keeping my apartment my little happy place. I have not had any issues living there so far, but I am confident that if I do, it will be handled appropriately and efficiently."
