The UPS Store

"I had difficulty printing a return label at home. The UPS site said they could help me. Also it was my understanding that UPS would package my return item. The clerk at UPS said they couldn't print my label and told me to make sure I packaged the item myself. Person was not courteous in any way. What has happened to customer service???"

"Small, convenient, fast service. Great people and plenty of parking. Convenient self scan for Amazon returns saves time waiting when there is a line! Also very good at packaging and mailing specialty items. I love this place!"

"No wonder y this store has a bad reviews . They are not helpful at all in case your package got lost or damaged. Especially if u loose ur receipt they never give u a reprint. I don’t understand why it’s hard for them to reprint a customer transaction receipt. Went their 4 times to file a claim my package got lost but No luck . They are putting you off instead being helpful or guide you. They need better training in my opinion to run this franchise Finally other UPS location help me to file the claim.Thanks for them"

It’s the best one stop shop for your shipping or printing needs whether you need ship something or get your package supplies they have it all and also pack your items for you as well.
