"Found this gem after wrapping up a doctor's appointment. The decor is really clean and authentic. And who knew you could still find pizza by the slice here? I got the Combo #3 (Slice of meatlovers, house Salad & drink. The thin crust was delicious and hot. I took away a star because the house salad had olives, the dressing was too salty & the fountain drink station only had five options. Table service was excellent and they even play Italian music on the speakers. I will definitely return in hopes of trying other beloved menu items."
"The Good Guys NY Pizza Kitchen is a relatively new Italian restaurant in the same space as the previous Italian restaurant. One of the folks in my party ordered a slice of meat lover's pizza. With a name that includes the phrase, NY Pizza Kitchen, I expected a typical thin crust NY pizza. The pizza they served him had a thin crust by Baltimore standards, but it wasn't as thin as the typical New York pizza. I had an eggplant parmesan sub. It was delicious. One of our party had chicken parmesan. She enjoyed it very much. The restaurant was neat and clean, and the noise level was tolerable. If you don't know what New York pizza is supposed to be like, this restaurant, Good Guys in Pikesville, is a good place to eat. "I stopped here because the Essen Room was closed because it was a Monday. What great fate! I ordered a couple of slices of pizza using their lunch special. They were delicious and very reasonably priced. I took a look at their menu while I was sitting there and will surely come back soon! Lots of great looking sandwiches and entrees. It's really right off the beltway... Easy in and easy out. Bathroom was clean and parking was easy"
"Was headed to The Essen Room, but decided to try this new neighborhood gem and was not disappointed! They had me @ crinkle cut fries! The cheesesteak roll was toasted to perfection and the flavor of the 100% ribeye was DELICIOUS! My dining companion opted for the pizza and said the best she has had in a very long time. The crust was thin and allowed one to really connect with their toppings of choice! They have got new customers, we will be back!"
