"Went to drop off an Amazon package and was told that I would have to pay $5 to tape my package closed!?!? Even though my Amazon return said free retun no package or label needed the lady behind the desk said it's store policy to charge people to tape up a box. I have never heard of this and I refuse to pay the amount of a roll of tape for them to close a small box. Edit: This is for the Owner who replied to my comment. This happened Monday, October 30th around 9 am. Thank you for looking into this and I'm glad that this is not your policy."
