"I have been with UPS for over 25 years. Never had a problem with them, received all my mail and they would sometimes call me to let me know that I have packages delivered. I like that I can use it for office getting papers xerox, get motorized when needed. I can always get packages delivered. Best of all I’m always greeted by one of the employees with a smile. I love that I can pick up my mail 24/7."

"I wanted to have the same good experience others had, The man who was helping me had to be told to help the customers in the line. First the good. I liked the self serve ups machines but I never used them so I wanted to use a human since one person was in front of me. He never greeted us he was texting on his phone. I gave him the packages and the scan codes. Every few items he left and started doing something else, that was rude.. so I said they never do this at the other ups stores. He kept texting between our transactions. Oh one time he said give me that package... no please or anything. Then he started talking to a customer who came in about how much tape cost while he was helping me. He then said are you finished. And kept talking to the lady. I was done. I took pictures and left. I will not recommend using them or maybe I should say this guy needs retraining on customer service. This is his job. The only guy in the photo behind the counter."

"I was charged 4.99 printing fee and then paid for my copies which were 2$ make it make sense!!. I always use UPS and have never been charged this fee. I saw a previous review with the same complaint and the owner tried to justify that he has to overcharge to pay his employees, utilities etc well why don’t you increase the price per copy. This is pure robbery.. this is a prime example why most people don’t support small business.. justifying doing something wrong because you own the establishment is not how to run a business, it’s bad business. I will never come back here again and I hope the next person that reads the review trends with Caution. Next time am supporting China(Walmart)don’t print anything here…"

"Warren was SO helpful today! He kindly helped carry my return items from my car into the store, because they were heavy, and he took great care when handling and packaging them. He did all of this while assisting other customers over the phone. He was friendly and extremely professional, and I truly appreciated his help this morning. Thank you very much again, Warren!"
