The UPS Store

"I tried to drop off Amazon return in the same box it was delivered to me, but the UPS representative wouldn't take it since it wasn't in a "brown" shipping box. She then tried to sell me a $20 brown box, which I declined to do. Amazon will send a UPS driver to pick it up now. Ugh, such a waste of time for everyone."

"Scammers! Amazon Package that I returned to them was delivered in the original box, they said it must be put into another box even though that was not the way it was delivered. Paid the $12.95 and have moved on to the next UPS store! Beware! Update (May 5): Their response further proves the dishonesty! See attached picture which is an example of a product being shipped to me by UPS in the “Manufacturer’s Box”! If I return it, you’re saying I have to put it in a box that it didn’t come in?!?! Unbelievable!!"

"I’ll rather drive further and take my business elsewhere. Franchise owner makes it extremely difficult to return Amazon items and insists on certain type of packaging, tapping and labeling. She does everything to make you feel uncomfortable returning. Suggest going to the other side of Potomac UPS store, where there are much more helpful and considerate."

"Every time I visit this UPS store, I have a discordance encounter with the Asian "lady" that works at the front desk. She has an unpleasant, biased way of treating people (I am a web designer/adult Spanish woman in my forties). I have visited many other UPS locations, and it is always an easy, friendly process. This Asian woman has a very arrogant tone, constantly interrogating you like she is the police. She treats you with suspicion, but when I treat her the same way, she gets annoyed because I didn't allow her to finish packing my packages after my departure. I ask her to complete them in front of my eyes. What comes around goes around. She is too entitled, tedious, and difficult."

"Every time I come to this location, the lady in the front is either treating other customers rudely or speaking to me rudely. She has a very condensing tone and voice, and tends to speak over the customer. Not a friendly location. At least they take my Amazon returns.."
