"Customers are the worst … they want the world handed to them on a silver platter. Incomplete addresses, items not packaged, no labels … it’s comical when the customer comes in with something they just purchased and wants to have it packaged and t arrive next day (they expect free shipping supplies, and they are searching through emails for addresses, or labels). Someone needs to teach them about kindness (goes a long way, along with patience) On the opposite end of the spectrum the staff (Amy and Melissa) are the absolute best (can’t remember the name of the young gentleman-his name escapes me) these three know their stuff. Helpful to a fault. I have been in there when they have been slammed with packages and it looks like the place exploded with packages. It’s a thankless job. Of all the stores, I can choose from in the timonium-hunt valley-lutherville-area, this is the location I use. My other option if I miss the pickup is to go up to Sparks to drop my packages off. Great service, great staff! THANK YOU UPS STORE 9805 YORK ROAD!!!!"

"Terrible customer service by the manager!Short guy. Went in to return equipment that had a pre-shipping label on it, and he got mad at me because he could not figure out the shipping instructions. Left and took it to the UPS down by THB and they processed everything in 3 mins. Don’t waste your time at this store, just go the extra 2 mins to the better UPS store. Would give 0 stars if could."

"Called this store after a missed delivery because this store’s address was written by the driver on the slip. A man answered and tried to brush me off before directing me to someone else. Once that person answered I had to wait on hold and when she came back on the phone I was basically brushed off yet again. I ended up hanging up on her because she very clearly did not want to assist me at all. UPS is terrible and you shouldn’t have to jump in trough so many hoops to get my package that I paid for. Edit: Finally picked up my package and was treated like I was trying to bring a bomb on a plane. All of this “caution” for me to get my package that I already spent my hard earned money on."

"This is my preferred location for dropping off n mailing packages and the women working here are very efficient, pleasant and helpful. The last two times the men in charge did not make eye contact n were rather uncommunicative. Today I was on time for my appointment to have something notarized. Was told “he is on the phone”. Stood there for 15 minutes finally he appears asks for ID n goes to computer screen. No eye contact or apology for keeping me waiting. Rudeness is not a desirable social skill."
