"We can not say enough about the staff at Madison Settlement Services in Westminster, MD. In fact, this review is way overdue as the number of times we have used their services… can we say almost a dozen?. We purchase homes as often as we can and each and every time we reach out to Kristen Britton at Madison Services LLC. She is responsive and a pleasure to lead such a great office. Communications with her staff (April) who has completed each settlement flawlessly including settlements from family members! We cannot thank you enough for all you do! You make the home purchasing and selling process a breeze! There are never any questions or revisions as you make each document correct and communicate with us with any county issues. Thank you Kristen and April for allowing Rick and I the opportunity to work with you! Always thankful! Rick & Ursula"

"Sold our property January, 2022 and today is July 28, 2022, and the deed is still not recorded. The property still shows us as owners. Baltimore county told me they have never received the deed. I have called Madison Title numerous times and had to leave a message but no one called us back. The few times I actually was able to talk to someone, they were rude and gave me the run around. I sold another property in February, 2022, and used a different title company and that deed was recorded in April. I have talked to several real estate people and no one has ever heard of this company. We have had nothing but problems with them. Don’t use them. There are plenty of good title companies out there."

"I would give "no stars" if that was possible. I must say that your company is by far the very worst settlement company we’ve ever worked with. Nothing is organized and requested in a timely fashion and everything is “last minute.” Our property was sold by one of our businesses and it is very clear to me that the women at Madison don't have any understanding of how business transactions work. And as of right now, we’ve not received our ACH payment for the property from you. Our realtor (who is the top realtor in the PA region) couldn't believe the lack of competence. Sellers, Buyers, and Realtors beware!! This is not the settlement company to use unless you are looking for chaos and disorganization. (As info, we sold a property in PA and Madison Settlement Services-Baltimore was the settlement company for the buyer.)"

"Very poor performance. My settlement was on Friday and today, four days later, I still do not have the money from the proceeds. Their secretary just kept on lying and making one excuse after the other and finally tried to say that money had been wired. Upon asking the confirmation number, she just hung up. Very rude. Holding money illegally. I intend to lodge a complaint with authorities."
