Sky Zone Trampoline Park

"The eThe park was exceptionally crowded, which, while indicative of its popularity, somewhat detracted from our enjoyment. Cleanliness was another concern; certain areas of the park did not meet our expectations for hygiene, with some spots being outright disgusting. Additionally, the staff's enforcement of the rules seemed lax, which raised concerns about safety and overall experience quality. Despite these issues, the health and activity benefits we gained from our time at Sky Zone were undeniable, we even decided to purchase a membership to make this a regular part of our routine. It's a great place for active family fun, but improvements in cleanliness and rule enforcement could make it even better."

"We have been to this place as guests and as hosts to birthday parties. When we hosted our daughter's birthday, our main contact person that was assigned to us was absolutely fantastic! He was genuinely interested in keeping us all happy and we felt like we were taken care of. I think he went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Only a few things to mention: - the machine(s) that add money to the cards were broken and had to be restored multiple times. Hopefully those have been fixed. - the prices for drinks are high - you can't bring outside food, except for birthday cakes (but I can understand why), so you're forced to buy their pizza. - I would love to feel as though I can let my kids just go and play as they want, without worrying about safety. I'm not talking about trampoline safety, but the kids can walk around near the front door, and anyone can come and go freely. I'm usually walking around with my kids as they go from place to place. I just can't feel as though they are 100% safe without my supervision. And this ok. I just don't want people to think that they are completely enclosed."

"Well, this sky zone is ridiculously overbooked for private parties and the members are remain outside for not utilizing their membership, sometimes they asked you to leave early, sometimes fully booked after 6pm. Staff for which I do have the names who worked today at the desk but would not mention here they are also not able to communicate properly with customers, they decline to answer and then starting walking away by dancing (G).could see the event time on website, driving 20min each way, all hustles and kids were so mad. Another lady (A) told me if not happy then cancel your membership . The customer service should be polite and try to listen first. Another reps just jumped in to be a part of the talk which I was having with another person. Staff needs training and Skyzone model has to bring modification and just booked a portion of the entire place not all of the facility for an event…the facility is also not properly maintained as well, stuff are broken and need replacement.."

"I took my kids here on a public holiday, and everything was great except for one thing - the pricing. There was a clear sign advertising a standard single day entry for $27.99, but when I went to buy the tickets, the cashier refused to sell them at that price. It was frustrating because they had the advertisement right in front of the cashier's desk. In the end, I ended up paying $95 for two kids, including two pairs of socks, even though one of my kid is 4 years old."

"A great place to take the kids during a cold/rainy day while relaxing in the massage chairs (alot to choose from). Your kids stay busy while you can shut down your mind and relax. There are great member rates in place, but the one day admission seems costly from what I last remembered it. It's a bit messy, but with all these kids, I cannot blame anyone for not being able to keep up."
