"Been here 3 times trying to ship something. The entire staff was rude each time. Always try to charge for extra packaging. Tried to charge me $150 to ship something. Shipped it out of Kinkos in Frederick for $47. Don't waste your time with this place."

The lady at the counter was super nice and she informed me that they are under new ownership. The gentleman that was also there seemed very nice I assume he was the new owner.
