"Wanted to charge me $15 for “taping service” to close up a box that had a prepaid return label. I understand there are policies but you have to think they have tape guns within arms reach. The worker’s comment was “well it’s just the two of us working” - there was only one other person in line behind us so I can’t imagine this 90 second process would have caused a major delay Will be avoiding this location for any future shipping needs"
"Both the UPS website and Google maps say this place is open on Sundays and closed on Mondays. Drive there only to find out it’s closed on Sundays and open in Mondays. What a joke. Seems like the store has decided their own opening times without updating UPS about it"
