"I wish there is less than zero I had the worest most horrible experience with one of the store associate, I could not believe the way she acted infront of other customers ,from yelling to calling names because I needed a simple explanation about missing jewelery. It was dropped off 5 days ago The way she acted indicates that either she was on drugs,mentally sick Or she stole the jewelery. I filled a complained with cooperate she need to be out in a mental hospital."
"Great staff but cost is crazy. Very over priced. Highly recommend 3rd party label companies like Pirate Shipping, where you can pre-print your labels at home. UPS marks up everything significantly when you do it directly through the store. Even selling 66 cent USPS forever stamps for 82+ cents each. International letters that would cost $1.50 to send through USPS are up-charged by more than double at $3.33. I'll be honest while I'd rather deal with the friendly, helpful staff at UPS I wish it didn't come at such an added cost. Beats the USPS experience at least and at the end of the day, it's only a few dollars for small things but it gets painful when doing anything in bulk."

"This UPS Store is insanely expensive. For them to pack and ship one small box (11”x7”) UPS Ground was $30.00. The associate even tried to charge me for one piece of packing tape, the bubble wrap, and shipping label. Instead of providing exceptional customer service and taking care of their customers, they would rather price gouge them on every little thing. FYI: Go to USPS (U.S. Postal Service) instead, same package was Priority shipped for $10.00 (so faster shipping than UPS and still $20.00 less). One flat rate without all of the hidden fees and miscellaneous charges."
