"Incredibly unimpressed with the quality of services during my recent settlement. When I arrived with my agent, Pat was confused and seemed to not remember when our settlement was taking place. The settlement itself was very disorganized and there were papers just being shuffled everywhere without any structure to the process itself. I was given a hand written check that was not certified, meaning that technically the buyers were in possession of my property without me actually receiving money. When concerns and questions were brought up afterwards, Pat was rude and unprofessional with my agent, while ignoring all phone calls that I had made to her. In the several settlements that I have been a part of, this one was absolutely awful. The only saving grace of the agency was Vanessa, who was kind, professional, and wonderful to work with. I suggest exploring options before deciding on this company. Clients and Agents should not have to have this kind of experience during closing. It was truly a negative experience."
