"Theres been an issue every time I've ordered here, always cold or takes hours or they forget sauces, or mess up the order ect. and from now on I'll just stick with ledos. I ordered both pizzas with extra cheese, but instead they skimped and hardly put any at all on either of them. One was bad enough I requested a remake and somehow they made it even worse than the first time so I'm not ordering here anymore."
"Took 2 hours for our pizza. It was cold and so much grease soaked through the boxes they couldn't hold the pizza anymore. We will NEVER tip ahead of time again!"
"It’s the dinner time you go and pick the pizza home and you get burnt pizza. When called offered to remake the pizza but asked to get the burnt pizza back . This is all at 10 pm to 10:30 pm on Friday night . The answer I got is Dominos trained them like this. What a customer service."
"Thanks for stacking all your delivery orders on top each other and squishing everything that we bought. Both pizzas we purchased were stuck to the lid of the box.. the boxes became flimsy with the amount of sauce and cheese that were on the lid."
"Given that our location gives us limited access to delivery we order from dominos often. Today (3/22/23) may be the last time. We ordered at 12:18, 40 minutes later we noticed the “tracking” wasn’t moving past quality check. We called the store and twice they very rudely put us on hold and then hung up. At 1:08 they told us he’s two stops away. At this time the GPS suddenly started working and now says 33 minutes. They completely lied. We’ve been waiting almost 2 hours and they won’t even talk to us. I’d like my money back, an apology or at least the honest truth. Edit: 1:50pm and still no pizza or communication."
