"This company is HORRIBLE. I have been charged $250 for a pet fee I should have never been charge because my pet is ESA. After having to deal with my personal apartment flooding and utilizing your business, getting a refund for a wrongful charge has been impossible. Norman, your customer service person is horribly rude. He called me this morning to say he mistakenly sent an email stating I was getting a refund and in fact it is still being held. It’s been in your approvals department for a week. I am active duty. I paid my reservation, was forced to wait almost 5 hours to even get into the apartment I reserved and now I can’t get a refund for the money I was wrongfully charged. Shame on you, this company is not luxury. Im filing a complaint with Churchill Property Group and the BBB."

"Has 24 hour concierge/security desk. Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable stay. The only thing is the noise from the street early in the morning can wake you up if you come from non-city. Can hear the trucks loading even from 13th floor."

"Not clean but the employees were friendly. The billing department isn't easily accessible. I'm glad I booked through a third party who could resolve this quickly. Very disappointing especially when considering the price and the website. It's almost misrepresentation."
